Returns or Exchanges
Nlslimming.com will authorize returns on products that have not been opened or used and purchased within 30 days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to nlslimming.com on returned items, and Customers will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
All products returned must: be 100 percent complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, and have original ems codes on the boxes if applicable. Customers will pay for shipping method on replacement or exchange item.
We offer a 14 day refund policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods, we would only issue a refund if the item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been sized, worn, and plastic removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase. (From the day the goods is signed for /received)
After 14 days we may not issue a refund, but exchanges may be acceptable.
All returns are at the customers' own cost.
The refund amount will be the exact amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.

1.Customer submitted incorrect delivery information, which caused the parcel, fails to be delivered or undeliverable. Customer needs to pay the shipping fee if you want redelivery. If you choose refund, we can only refund the shopping price.
2. Customer submitted the delivery info right but failed to deliver for three times by the post office. When the parcel is returned, customer needs to pay the shipping fee if you want redelivery. If you choose refund, we can only refund the shopping price.
3. Customer refuses to sign up the parcel; we will refund the shopping price only. We will give you suggestions about the hot products, please choose the products you want carefully as you will be take care of the marketing and overstocking of products. We can not accept return due to reasons beyond quality problem.
