Simple 3 minutes twist exercise can lose weight effectively

1) Stand up and open legs at the shoulder’s width. And tight waist and press scapula down. The arms bend and open backward. Then start to paint the circle from inside to outside.
2) Open arms and the elbow bend. The upper arm and lowed arm respectively in the side but is not close together. Relax shoulder and open palm and then activate the shoulder from downward.
3) Stand up and open legs at the shoulder’s width. Stretch knees tight and bend arms outward. Hands on the hip and twist the waist from right side to left side respectively.
4) Stand up and open legs and tight waist. The upper body up and the shoulder relax. The arms are levelly obeying and in one line with shoulder. Then, shake body and twist the waist around the left and right side.
5) Stand up and open legs at the shoulder’s width. Tight waist and hands on the left and right side of the pelvis respectively. The knees bend forward and hips press down and up backward slightly as well. The upper body straight forward, but remain vertical with the ground, and then stand upright on the knees.
